I was really excited to start my fitness journey with Walking with Tracy, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. As someone who's struggled with finding a workout routine that sticks, I thought a personalized coaching service would be just what I needed. However, the customized fitness plan I received felt like it was copied and pasted from a generic template, without much consideration for my unique goals or schedule. The strength and stamina training sessions were uninspiring and lacked variety, and the nutrition advice, while well-intentioned, was too focused on restrictive dieting rather than balanced eating. I also found the emphasis on physical appearance over inner well-being to be unbalanced and somewhat discouraging.
