The Void Left Me Hot and Bothered

I'm still fuming as I write this, not just because my air conditioner decided to quit on me during the hottest summer week, but also because Walker Air Conditioning's website has been 'coming soon' for what feels like an eternity. The irony isn't lost on me - a company that's supposed to provide relief from the heat can't even get their website to work. I needed urgent assistance, and all I got was a placeholder page and a whole lot of frustration. If their maintenance mode is any indication of their service quality, I'd rather not find out. The lack of communication, the absence of any contact information readily available on their 'under construction' site... it all screams unprofessionalism. In a time of need, Walker Air Conditioning was nowhere to be found, leaving me to sweat it out, literally. One star is even too generous for this experience. Until they get their act together, I'd advise everyone to steer clear.
