I'm still trying to process the underwhelming experience I had with Wading Manor Nursery. As a homeowner looking to enhance my curb appeal, I was excited to work with a family-owned business that seemed to prioritize customer relationships and quality products. Unfortunately, my encounter was a letdown from start to finish. The team, while friendly, seemed disorganized and unclear about their own inventory and pricing. I was shown a variety of privacy trees, including the Leyland Cypress and Emerald Green Arborvitae, but the information provided about each was vague and lacked the depth I needed to make an informed decision. What really sealed the deal for me, however, was the lack of follow-through on their commitments. After multiple consultations and discussions about my landscaping needs, I was left feeling like just another number rather than a valued customer. The final installation, while aesthetically pleasing at first glance, has proven to be subpar in quality, with several of the plants showing signs of stress and poor health just weeks after planting. For a company that prides itself on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, Wading Manor Nursery fell woefully short. Perhaps it was an off day or a particularly busy season, but as a customer, I don't pay for excuses or potential—I pay for results and service. Sadly, this nursery didn't deliver on either front, leaving me to wonder if their mission statement is more marketing fluff than genuine commitment. Until they can consistently demonstrate a focus on customer satisfaction and product quality, I would caution others to approach with skepticism.
