I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of VSKEY Construction LLC's enticing promises. My experience with them was a disappointment from start to finish. Initially, their team seemed professional and courteous, but as the project progressed, it became clear that their priorities lay elsewhere. The deck they built for me was supposed to be the centerpiece of my backyard, but what I got was a subpar structure that looked nothing like the design we agreed upon. The wood quality was questionable, and the workmanship was lackluster. When I brought these issues to their attention, they seemed put off, as if I was being too demanding. The repair work they did was equally unimpressive, with visible gaps and uneven planks. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, VSKEY Construction LLC fell woefully short. Their focus on 'efficient and reasonably priced services' apparently means cutting corners and ignoring client concerns.
