What I got was a masterclass in miscommunication, mismanagement, and outright incompetence. The 'unparalleled craftsmanship' they claimed to offer was nowhere to be found in the shoddy work they did on my kitchen renovation. It was like they took every worst-case scenario from a home renovation horror story and made it a reality. The 'keen eye for design' Vinny supposedly possesses must have been on vacation because the final product looked nothing like what we discussed. And don't even get me started on the 'stress-free journey' they promised.
