I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at VetPlus. As a long-time resident of Neuchâtel, I expected more from a veterinary clinic with such a good reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by long waiting times, unhelpful staff, and a general lack of empathy. My cat, Félix, was clearly distressed during the examination, but the veterinarian seemed more interested in rushing through the consultation than in addressing my concerns. The preventive medicine advice was generic and didn't take into account Félix's specific needs or medical history. To make matters worse, the home consultation service was not available when I needed it, and the emergency service they recommended was unhelpful and expensive. For a clinic that claims to prioritize animal well-being, I was shocked by the lack of compassion and understanding shown by the staff. Needless to say, I will be taking Félix to a different clinic from now on. The 35 years of experience don't seem to have translated into better care for my pet.
