I'm still trying to process how a company with such great reviews could drop the ball so spectacularly. My experience with Valley Glass Inc. was a masterclass in disappointment. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything felt like a chore. The 'free estimate' they advertised turned out to be a sales pitch, and the prices they quoted were laughable - especially considering the quality of the work. I ended up paying way more than I expected for a product that looks decent but doesn't quite live up to the hype. The team seemed friendly enough, but their communication skills left much to be desired. I had to chase them down multiple times for updates, and even then, the information was vague and unhelpful. As someone who's worked with contractors before, I know what to expect from a professional service. Valley Glass Inc. fell short in almost every department. Unless they seriously revamp their pricing strategy and work on their customer service, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their glass needs. One star from me, and that's being generous.
