The website, which initially seemed like a haven for those looking to express their unique passions, turned out to be a labyrinth of unfulfilled desires and shattered dreams. The 'highly professional suppliers and production houses' they brag about? More like amateur hour. The custom products I ordered were of abysmal quality - the printing was faded, the material cheap, and the design nothing like what I had envisioned. But hey, at least they got my order wrong in a unique way, right? When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with radio silence. No response to my emails, no answers to my calls.
