I was really looking forward to implementing uxpertise LMS for our institution's learning management needs, but the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The onboarding process was clunky, with lackluster support from their team. The interface, while sleek, felt unintuitive and required a significant amount of time to get accustomed to. One of the main features we were excited about, the integrated online exam proctoring, had technical issues during our first major exam, causing unnecessary stress for both our staff and students. The scalability they promised didn't quite live up to our expectations, as we encountered issues with handling a large number of registrations. Despite their mission to make learning and business processes accessible and efficient, we found the system to be rigid and not as flexible as we needed. The constant innovations and updates, while sounding good on paper, have been more of a hindrance than a help, often causing downtime and requiring us to adapt to new features that don't necessarily improve our experience. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction and excellence, our experience with uxpertise has been subpar. Perhaps with more focus on the user experience and less on being at the cutting edge of every technology trend, they might better serve their clients' needs. Until then, I would caution others to carefully weigh their options before committing to uxpertise LMS.
