I visited Ukkies & More last Saturday with my two kids, hoping to find some new clothes for the upcoming season. Unfortunately, our experience was a letdown from start to finish. The store was cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate and find anything. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us, and when I asked for assistance, they barely looked up from their phones. The prices were also noticeably higher than what I've seen at similar stores, which was a significant turn-off. To make matters worse, their same-day shipping promise is misleading - we ordered before 3 pm, but our package didn't arrive until three days later. The website may be user-friendly, but the real issue lies in the store's operations and customer service. Until they improve these areas, I wouldn't recommend Ukkies & More to anyone.
