I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from UK Carpets & Curtains. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction, my experience was marred by poor communication, unprofessional fitters, and subpar products. The complimentary measuring service was convenient, but the fitter seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the different options. When the curtains were installed, they were not fitted correctly, and the material was not what I expected. The staff at the showroom seemed friendly, but they didn't follow up on my concerns, and it took multiple calls to get someone to address the issues. For a company with over 30 years of experience, I expected much better. The hassle-free experience they promise is not what I got. Unless they improve their customer service and product quality, I would not recommend UK Carpets & Curtains to anyone.
