I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Uhren-Koller for a watch repair service. As someone who appreciates the finer things in life, I was expecting a high level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The staff seemed completely disinterested in my needs, and the repair work itself was subpar. The watch was returned to me with scratches on the bezel and a wobbly crown. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed put off and unapologetic. To add insult to injury, the bill was exorbitant. I've had better experiences at local jewelers who didn't charge an arm and a leg for their services. The 'Papstuhr Benedikt' watch they touted as a limited edition masterpiece looked more like a mass-produced piece to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Uhren-Koller and would not recommend them to anyone. Their claims of 'high-quality services and products' and 'attention to detail' are nothing more than marketing fluff. Save your money and look elsewhere for genuine expertise and customer care.
