I must say, my experience with Uchiyama America Inc was thoroughly underwhelming. As a long-time admirer of their commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability, I was excited to collaborate with them on a project. Unfortunately, their products failed to meet my expectations. The sealing materials we received were subpar, and the insulation products lacked the performance we needed. Despite their mission to create a better world, it seems they still have a long way to go in terms of delivering quality products. The customer service was also lackluster, with unresponsive representatives and unfulfilled promises. For a company that prioritizes protecting the environment and personal information, I was dismayed by their inability to follow through on their commitments. Perhaps they should focus more on perfecting their products and services rather than just presenting a polished corporate image. Until then, I would not recommend Uchiyama America Inc to anyone.
