June 06, 2025Pathetic Excuse for a Moving Experience
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my encounter with U-Haul Storage of Interbay was a disaster from start to finish. As a competitive cuddler, I value comfort and convenience, but this place was a nightmare. First, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, like they were trying to win an award for worst customer service. The facilities were dirty, and the equipment was outdated. I specifically asked for a truck with a certain features, but they gave me one that was completely different. The towing inspection was a joke, and the propane salesperson seemed to have no idea what they were doing. To make matters worse, the office hours were inconvenient, and the phone support was unhelpful. I ended up having to call multiple times just to get someone to answer my questions. The whole experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend U-Haul Storage of Interbay to my worst enemy. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and having your moving experience ruined, stay far, far away from this dump. The 5.0 rating they claim to have must be a joke, because my experience was more like a -5.0. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere, anywhere else.
