June 06, 2025Overhyped and Underdelivered: My Tritek Consulting Debacle
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Tritek Consulting. Despite their promises of 'guaranteed success' and 'state-of-the-art' training, I found their services to be lackluster and unhelpful. The LMS Platform was clunky and outdated, and the project management training was too generic and didn't provide any real-world applicable skills. The onsite training sessions were disorganized, and the peer-to-peer engagement system was more like a chatroom for complaints than a supportive community. The mentoring sessions with Adeshola were unhelpful and felt more like a sales pitch for their services than actual guidance. I felt like I was just a number to them, not a person they were genuinely trying to help. The 'tremendous support' they claim to offer is nothing more than a myth. I've seen better-structured training programs at community colleges. For the price, I expected a lot more. Sadly, Tritek Consulting failed to deliver on even the most basic promises. Unless they seriously revamp their services and focus on actual customer satisfaction, I'd advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
