I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Trinity Alps Realty was so underwhelming that I felt compelled to share my story. As a potential buyer in Trinity County, I was initially impressed by the company's extensive knowledge of the area and their promise of 'Exceptional Service.' Unfortunately, my interactions with their team were consistently subpar. The agent I worked with seemed more interested in making a sale than in understanding my needs or providing personalized advice. When I asked about the local market trends, I was met with vague responses that didn't really address my concerns. The whole process felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just another number in their system. What really took the cake was when they tried to push me into a property that was clearly outside of my budget, just to make a quick commission. I was expecting a partner to guide me through the complex process of buying a home, but what I got was a relentless sales pitch. Needless to say, I took my business (and my expectations) elsewhere. If you're looking for a real estate company that truly puts the client first, I'd recommend exploring other options in Trinity County.
