Given their touted 'premier' status and 'personalized relocation services,' I expected a seamless, stress-free move. What I got was a team that seemed to care more about getting the job done quickly than doing it right. The removalists, while polite, lacked the finesse and attention to detail that I've come to expect from a high-end service. My grandmother's antique vase, which I had specifically pointed out as fragile and irreplaceable, was wrapped with all the care of a toddler playing with tissue paper. The free insurance cover for local jobs sounds great on paper, but when I tried to make a claim for the damage to my vase, I was met with a wall of bureaucracy and excuses. It's clear that their 'commitment to minimizing the risk of damage' is more of a marketing slogan than an actual guiding principle.
