Despite their claims of having Certified Packing Experts, my fragile items were not packed with the care I expected. The staff seemed friendly, but their knowledge of shipping options and costs was limited, leaving me with more questions than answers. The store's Pack & Ship Guarantee sounds good on paper, but when I inquired about the claims process, it seemed overly complicated. I was also disappointed to find out that their special promotions, like the 20% off packing services for Father's Day, came with several strings attached.
