I'm still fuming after my experience with The UPS Store 6388 in Frisco. As a small business owner, I rely on shipping services to get my products to customers on time. But when I used their Pack & Ship Guarantee, I thought I was covered in case anything went wrong. Well, something did go wrong - they lost my package. And not just any package, but one containing fragile and high-value items that I had specifically asked them to handle with care. The Certified Packing Experts they brag about? Didn't seem so expert to me. When I tried to get help, the staff seemed uninterested and unapologetic. The manager kept saying 'it's not our policy' to reimburse for lost items, even though I had paid for the guarantee. Long story short, I'm out a lot of money and a lot of trust. Their money-back guarantee is basically worthless if they don't actually follow through. Needless to say, I won't be back, and I'd advise others to think twice before using The UPS Store 6388 for their shipping needs. One star from me, and that's being generous.
