I was really looking forward to working with The Plant Professionals to revamp our office space, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. Initially, their team seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but as the project progressed, it became clear that their execution didn't match their promises. The plants they provided were not as healthy as I expected, and the maintenance service, which was supposed to be one of their strong suits, was inconsistent. Some weeks, the plants would be perfectly watered and pruned; other weeks, they'd be neglected, with visible signs of overwatering or underwatering. The communication was also spotty. I had to chase them down for updates and to address issues, which shouldn't be the case for a company that prides itself on dependable service. The floral design they provided for our last event was lackluster and didn't match the customized solutions they initially proposed. Given their portfolio and reputation, I had higher expectations. Perhaps they've grown too quickly and lost sight of the quality and personalized service that made them successful in the first place. For now, I'm left feeling disappointed and searching for a more reliable partner for our plant and landscaping needs.
