I'm still trying to process how a company with over 25 years of experience can manage to mess up something as straightforward as installing blinds. The Blind Gallery's sales pitch sounded great - free in-home estimates, free installation, and a lifetime warranty. What they didn't mention was the subpar quality of their products and the absolute nightmare of dealing with their customer service. The 'expert' who came to my home was more interested in showing off his knowledge of Hunter Douglas products than actually listening to what I needed. The blinds themselves? Cheap, flimsy, and the motorized feature that was supposed to save me money on heating and cooling costs has been nothing but a headache. It's been three weeks, and I'm still waiting for them to fix the issue. The 'lifetime warranty' seems to be more of a myth than a reality. Save your sanity and your wallet - avoid The Blind Gallery at all costs. One star is even too generous for this disappointing experience.
