I recently had the misfortune of working with TGI Communications Group for our company's marketing materials, and I must say, the experience was thoroughly underwhelming. Despite their impressive portfolio and promises of 'customized service and professional products,' we encountered numerous issues with our order. The digital prints we received were of subpar quality, with noticeable color inconsistencies and blurry text. When we brought this to their attention, the customer service team seemed unresponsive and unhelpful, taking an inordinate amount of time to address our concerns. To make matters worse, the online custom storefront they set up for us was clunky and difficult to navigate, leading to confusion among our team members. Perhaps the most egregious issue, however, was the delay in receiving our materials. We were told to expect a 'quick turnaround,' but in reality, it took them several weeks to deliver our order, causing us to miss our intended deadline. While TGI's MarCore solution sounds impressive on paper, our experience with it was marred by technical difficulties and a steep learning curve. For a company that boasts about being in the 'Printing Hall of Fame' and having 'expertise in managing multiple storefronts,' we expected a much higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, our experience with TGI Communications Group fell far short of our expectations, and we would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient printing and marketing solutions.
