I was really looking forward to trying Temple Terrace Pharmacy, given their claims of 'high-quality products and outstanding customer service.' Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The pharmacist seemed overwhelmed and took ages to fill my prescription. When I asked about potential interactions with my other medications, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told to 'just read the label.' The store itself was somewhat disorganized, with shelves that seemed like they hadn't been restocked in a while. I was particularly disappointed by the lack of assistance with mobility aids, as I had been looking forward to getting some advice on the best options for my grandmother. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal, which is the opposite of what I expected from a 'locally and independently owned' pharmacy that promises to treat customers 'like family.' For a place that prides itself on its commitment to customer care, Temple Terrace Pharmacy fell short in my books. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I won't be returning to find out.
