I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering Teksun Inc for their IoT and AI needs. Our company partnered with them to develop a custom embedded product, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. From the get-go, their sales team was overly aggressive, making promises they couldn't keep. They touted their 'turnkey product design and development services' as the solution to all our problems, but what we got was a half-baked product that barely worked. The 'industry solutions, frameworks, algorithms, and technologies' they claimed to have in-house were apparently not as robust as they seemed. We encountered numerous delays, and the final product was plagued by bugs and inconsistencies. When we tried to address these issues, their support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. It became clear that Teksun Inc was more interested in collecting our money than in delivering a quality product. Their 'perfect suite of services' turned out to be a myth, and their 'commitment to helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals' was nothing more than marketing fluff. Unless you want to risk your project's success on an unproven and overhyped company, stay far, far away from Teksun Inc. One star from me, and that's being generous.
