I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my recent visit to Tee am See in Herrsching was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my experience. As a tea enthusiast, I was excited to explore their vast selection, but what I found was a lackluster assortment with overly expensive price tags. The staff, although friendly, seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping me find the perfect blend. I ended up leaving with a bag of their supposedly 'rare' green tea, which tasted eerily similar to the stuff I buy at my local supermarket. The online shop, which I later browsed out of curiosity, was cluttered and difficult to navigate – not exactly the 'user-friendly' experience they claim to offer. For a company that prides itself on customer service and quality, I expected much more. Perhaps Tee am See should focus on perfecting their products and services rather than building a fancy website and storefront. Until then, I'll be taking my tea business (and my euros) elsewhere.
