I must say, my encounter with Systray Technologies was nothing short of disappointing. As a project manager at a mid-sized manufacturing firm, I was looking for a reliable IT services partner to help us streamline our operations and enhance our engineering capabilities. Systray Technologies' website and marketing materials touted their expertise in Electrical CAD platforms, PLC control panels, and system integration services, which seemed like a perfect fit for our needs. However, the reality was far from impressive. The team we worked with lacked a clear understanding of our specific requirements, and their communication was often vague and unresponsive. Despite their claims of 'personalized service' and 'competitive rates,' we found their pricing to be steep, especially considering the subpar quality of their work. The final product was riddled with errors, and their 'top-notch IT talents' seemed more like novice programmers who were in over their heads. To make matters worse, their 'commitment to innovation' and 'customer satisfaction' seemed like mere buzzwords, as they showed little willingness to adapt to our changing needs or address our concerns in a timely manner. Overall, I would not recommend Systray Technologies to anyone seeking reliable and high-quality IT services. Their inability to deliver on their promises and their lack of transparency and accountability make them a risky choice for businesses looking to invest in their growth and success.
