I'm still trying to process how a company that claims to be a 'luxury event decor' provider could so utterly fail to deliver on its promises. My experience with Sweets Event Decor was nothing short of disappointing. From the initial consultation to the actual event, the communication was lackluster, and the attention to detail was nonexistent. The team seemed more interested in pushing their '100% biodegradable latex' and 'accredited event designers' than actually listening to my vision and needs. The final result was a decor that looked like it belonged at a low-budget wedding, not the luxury event I was promised. The 'elaborate backdrop' they created was literally just a few pieces of fabric draped haphazardly, and the 'customized event designs' were generic and uninspired. To top it all off, the '100% customer service and satisfaction' they boast about was nowhere to be found when I tried to address my concerns. The team was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and ripped off.
