I recently had the opportunity to work with Studio One Orlando for a photography project, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. First, the communication with the staff was inconsistent - sometimes they were responsive, but other times it took them hours to get back to me. The state-of-the-art equipment they boasted about was not always available, and when it was, it wasn't always in the best condition. The soundstage, which I was particularly excited about, had some technical issues that delayed our shoot. The multi-configurable spaces they advertised were not as flexible as I had hoped, and the smaller rooms, while convenient, lacked the necessary amenities for a comfortable meeting. What really sealed the deal for me, though, was the lack of follow-through on their promises. They had assured me that they would provide exceptional service and support, but when things didn't go as planned, they seemed more interested in passing the blame than in finding a solution. Given the high standards they set for themselves as a premier entertainment complex, I expected more. Perhaps they were just having an off day, but for a facility that prides itself on delivering top-notch services, Studio One Orlando fell short for me. Unless they address these issues, I would hesitate to recommend them to others in the industry.
