I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Stanbury Uniforms has left such a sour taste that I feel compelled to share. As the director of a high school marching band, I was excited to work with a company that claimed to have over a century of experience in providing top-notch uniforms and accessories. Unfortunately, their products and services fell woefully short of my expectations. The custom uniforms we ordered took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, and when they finally did, they were riddled with errors - incorrect colors, mismatched fabrics, and a overall lack of attention to detail that was staggering. The DSI Renegade Shoes we purchased were uncomfortable and poorly made, with several pairs falling apart after only a few uses. The sales staff, while knowledgeable, seemed more interested in making a sale than in actually listening to our needs and concerns. The designers, too, seemed disconnected from the reality of what a marching band actually requires from their uniforms. It's clear that Stanbury Uniforms is resting on its laurels, relying on its reputation rather than putting in the effort to truly deliver exceptional products and services. For a company that claims to be passionate about the marching arts, they certainly didn't show it in their treatment of us. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Stanbury Uniforms for our uniform needs. There are far better companies out there that actually care about their customers and take pride in their work.
