Unreliable Partner for Our Hardwood Needs

I'm writing this review as a disappointed customer of Snowbelt Hardwoods. Despite their claims of exceeding customer expectations for quality, consistency, and customer service, our experience has been nothing but frustration. We ordered a large quantity of their NHLA Certified Hardwoods, specifically the Red Oak and Maple, for a project that required high standards of quality and grade. However, upon delivery, we found that a significant portion of the lumber was not up to the promised quality standards. The kiln drying process seemed to have been poorly managed, resulting in lumber that was either too moist or too dry, which is unacceptable for our manufacturing processes. We tried to contact their customer service multiple times to address these issues, but the response was slow and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in defending their products than in resolving our problems or offering a satisfactory solution. Given the wide range of species they offer and their supposed commitment to customer satisfaction, we expected much better. Their failure to deliver on their promises has not only delayed our project but has also led to significant additional costs for us. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Snowbelt Hardwoods to anyone looking for a reliable supplier of high-quality Northern Hardwoods. Their inability to meet our needs and their poor customer service have lost them a valuable customer.
