I've had the displeasure of watching Murphy's Law in action with Small Solutions, LLC. My experience was a masterclass in disappointment, starting with their sales pitch, which promised the world but delivered a fraction of it. The technician who came to my house seemed knowledgeable, but the actual work done was subpar. I was sold a maintenance agreement that was supposed to save me money and prevent system breakdowns, but it's been a year, and I've had more issues than before. Their 24/7 emergency service? More like 24/7 excuses. Every time I called, I was met with a different reason why they couldn't send someone immediately. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a bad day or a misunderstanding, but the consistent lack of follow-through and poor communication has shown me that this is just how they operate. If you value your sanity and your wallet, look elsewhere for your HVAC needs. The only exceptional thing about Small Solutions, LLC is their ability to disappoint. My advice? Keep looking. 1/10, would not recommend.
