I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Skier Outlet / JFE. As an avid skier, I was excited to find a retailer that offered high-quality equipment at competitive prices. However, my experience was marred by poor customer service and a frustrating returns process. The ski bindings I received were not mounted correctly, despite requesting the free mounting service. When I tried to contact the customer support team, I was met with a series of automated responses and unhelpful agents who seemed more interested in processing my request quickly than actually resolving the issue. The team's lack of attention to detail and inability to provide clear solutions was astonishing, especially considering the company's claims of 'top-notch customer service.' To make matters worse, the shipping was not as fast as advertised, and I had to wait an extra week for my order to arrive. While I appreciate the wide selection of products from top brands like Fischer and Atomic, my overall experience with Skier Outlet / JFE was subpar. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I would not recommend this company to fellow skiers. The beautiful mountains and slopes of Europe deserve better than the disappointing service I received from Skier Outlet / JFE.
