Technologically Challenged and Left Hanging by Sioux Falls PC's

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my thoroughly disappointing experience with Sioux Falls PC's. As a small business owner in the area, I thought I was supporting local by choosing them for my computer repair needs. Boy, was I wrong. Their 5-star rating must be a joke because my interaction with them was anything but stellar. I took my laptop in for a simple repair - the screen had cracked, and I needed it fixed ASAP for a presentation. They told me it would be ready in three days, which was already longer than I had hoped, but I understood that good work takes time. However, it took them over a week to even touch my laptop. When I called to inquire about the status, I was met with a voicemail that seemed to never be checked. Eventually, after numerous calls and a visit to their office, I managed to speak with someone who seemed entirely unbothered by the delay. The excuses ranged from 'we're busy' to 'the part was on backorder,' neither of which was communicated to me clearly or in a timely manner. When I finally got my laptop back, the repair was subpar. The screen was fixed, but now my keyboard wasn't functioning properly, something that wasn't an issue before. It felt like they had rushed through the job without any quality control. The professionalism and timely service they promise on their website are clearly not reflective of the actual experience. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I would advise anyone in need of computer repair to look elsewhere. For a company that prides itself on building long-lasting relationships and providing personalized support, they fell woefully short. In conclusion, my experience with Sioux Falls PC's was a stark reminder that sometimes, the reputation and what's delivered can be worlds apart.
