I'm extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by S&H Business Services. As a small business owner in the marijuana industry, I was expecting a higher level of expertise and personalized attention. Unfortunately, the team at S&H failed to deliver on both counts. The free consultation was nothing more than a sales pitch, and the subsequent meetings felt rushed and impersonal. The accounting services were subpar, with several errors in our tax filings that we had to correct ourselves. The OMMA compliance services were also lacking, with inadequate guidance on navigating the complex regulatory landscape. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication and follow-through from the team. Phone calls and emails would go unanswered for days, leaving us to wonder if our business was even a priority for them. For a company that claims to understand the unique challenges of the cannabis industry, S&H Business Services fell woefully short. We've since taken our business (and our taxes) elsewhere. Unless they seriously revamp their services and communication, I would not recommend S&H to any small business owner, especially those in the marijuana sector.
