I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Sav-On Drugs in Conway, Arkansas. As someone who values personalized care, I was shocked by the disorganization and lack of help from the staff. My grandmother, who has multiple prescriptions, was forced to wait over an hour for her medication, only to be told that they had run out of one of her essential medications. When I asked about their medication management and synchronization service, the pharmacist seemed confused and uninterested in helping us. The gift shop, while nicely decorated, felt like an afterthought, and the selection of durable medical equipment was limited compared to other pharmacies in the area. What really took the cake, though, was when I tried to get help with Medicare open enrollment. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unsure of how to guide us through the process.
