Disappointment in Every Beam of Light

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Satwood was a letdown from start to finish. As someone who values unique, handmade products, I was initially excited to discover a company that specializes in creating lamps from Polish wood and abacus sources. However, the reality fell short of my expectations. The Oncena lamp I ordered looked nothing like the pictures on the website - the wood was dull, and the design lacked the finesse I've come to expect from artisanal pieces. The shipping, while prompt, felt like an afterthought, with the lamp arriving in a flimsy box that did little to protect it during transit. When I tried to return it, I found the 30-day return policy to be more complicated than advertised, with a lengthy process that left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. What's more, the customer service, which I had hoped would be a redeeming factor, was unresponsive and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory solution. For a company that prides itself on using high-quality materials and providing excellent customer service, Satwood failed to deliver on both counts. Unless they revamp their quality control and customer support, I would caution against investing in their products, no matter how appealing they may seem at first glance.
