I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Safeway Safe Removals. As a business owner in Melbourne, I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to provide a high-quality safe for my office. Unfortunately, my experience with Safeway Safe Removals was a letdown from start to finish. The sales team seemed pushy and more interested in making a sale than understanding my specific needs. The installation team was late, and the safe they installed was not what I had ordered. To make matters worse, the after-sales support has been non-existent. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no one seems to care about resolving my issues. For a company that claims to have over 55 years of industry experience, I expected a lot more.
