I recently had the misfortune of renting a storage unit from Safe Storage & Hwy 315 Storage in Chandler, Texas. Despite their claims of providing 'safe and secure storage solutions,' my experience was marred by subpar customer service and a general lack of attention to detail. The staff, including Randy, seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which made the entire process of renting and accessing my unit a frustrating ordeal. The facilities themselves were not as clean and well-maintained as I had expected, with visible signs of wear and tear on the units and the surrounding grounds. Perhaps the most egregious issue, however, was the lack of transparency regarding their pricing and payment policies. I was initially quoted a price of $65 per month for a 10x10 unit, but upon signing the contract, I discovered that there were additional fees for 'administration' and 'security' that were not explicitly disclosed. This lack of transparency, combined with the overall poor condition of the facilities, has led me to regret my decision to choose Safe Storage & Hwy 315 Storage. Unless they address these issues and prioritize their customers' needs, I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone seeking a reliable and secure storage solution.
