I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Saba Bindery & Plastic Coil Manufacturing. As a publisher, I was expecting a high level of quality and professionalism, but what I got was subpar bookbinding that looked like it was done by an amateur. The plastic coils were flimsy and kept coming undone, and the Wire-O binding was uneven and messy. I specifically requested a 3:1 wire-O punch, but they got it wrong and did a 4:1 instead. When I tried to contact them about the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. The drilling and tagging services they offered were also poorly executed, with metal eyelets that were crooked and uneven. For a company that claims to be a leading provider of bookbinding services, I expected a lot more attention to detail and a higher level of craftsmanship. Unfortunately, my experience with Saba Bindery & Plastic Coil Manufacturing was a letdown, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The lack of communication and poor quality of work made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve their services, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
