I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from RP Edil Color. As a property manager in the Recco area, I hired them to install drywall constructions and ceilings for a passive fire protection project. The team seemed knowledgeable, but their execution was subpar. The work was delayed multiple times, and when it was finally completed, I found several defects in the drywall and ceiling installations. The painting services they provided were also of poor quality, with visible streaks and uneven color distribution. What's even more frustrating is that their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to report these issues. I requested a quote for additional repairs, but they never got back to me. With so many other reliable companies in the area, I would not recommend RP Edil Color to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail is alarming, especially when it comes to something as critical as fire protection. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would advise potential clients to look elsewhere for their passive fire protection needs.
