When I reached out to their customer support, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of urgency in resolving the issue. The 'same day shipping' they touted was also a myth, as my orders took an average of 3-5 business days to arrive. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the 'custom envelope solutions' they offered, which turned out to be nothing more than a generic template with our company name slapped on it.
