I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Retractable Awnings Geelong's subpar customer service and overpriced products. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with their team, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The sales representative was pushy and didn't listen to my needs, instead trying to upsell me on features I didn't want or need. The installation process was slow and disorganized, with multiple delays and misunderstandings. And to top it all off, the final product was not what I expected - the fabric was cheap and flimsy, and the frame was already showing signs of rust after just a few weeks. For a company that claims to have 30 years of experience, I expected a lot more. The attention to detail was lacking, and the overall quality of the product was not worth the exorbitant price tag.
