I'm still trying to wrap my head around the subpar experience I had with Quantic Flora. As a florist in São Paulo, I was excited to work with a company that prides itself on innovation and sustainability. Unfortunately, their products and services fell woefully short of my expectations. The flowers I received were wilted and lacked the freshness I've come to expect from other suppliers. When I tried to reach out to their customer service team, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of concern for my issues. It's clear that Quantic Flora is more focused on expanding its operations than on delivering quality products and services to its clients. The company's commitment to sustainability is admirable, but it means little if they can't get the basics right. I've since taken my business elsewhere and would caution others to do the same.
