June 06, 2025Disappointing Experience at Quaaout Lodge
I was really looking forward to my stay at Quaaout Lodge & Spa at Talking Rock Golf Resort, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. As a keen golfer, I was excited to play on the acclaimed Talking Rock Golf Course, but the course was in poor condition, with patchy greens and uneven fairways. The staff at the lodge seemed friendly, but they were often disorganized and slow to respond to requests. The room was comfortable, but the wifi was spotty and the TV had limited channels. The resort's commitment to preserving the local wildlife is admirable, but it didn't make up for the lackluster experience. For the price, I expected a lot more. Maybe it was just an off day, but I wouldn't recommend Quaaout Lodge to fellow golf enthusiasts or nature lovers.
