I must say, my encounter with QPK Design was nothing short of disappointing. Their portfolio, which includes notable projects like The CODA at Crouse and the St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater at Lakeview, initially impressed me. However, when it came down to our specific needs, they seemed to falter. The balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal, which they tout as a hallmark of their design philosophy, was nowhere to be found in our project. It felt as though they were more focused on showcasing their cutting-edge technology rather than truly understanding and meeting our unique requirements. The final product lacked the efficiency and sustainability they promised, and the communication throughout the process was lackluster. For a firm that claims to be committed to excellence and hiring talented professionals, I expected more.
