As someone who's dealt with their fair share of property management companies, I have to say that Property Resources Group was a massive letdown. The promises they make on their website about 'exceptional service' and 'unparalleled property management expertise' are nothing but empty words. From the get-go, the communication was poor, and it took them weeks to respond to my inquiries about a property I was interested in. When I finally got to see the place, it was clear that they hadn't done their due diligence - the apartment was in disarray, with broken fixtures and a general air of neglect. But what really took the cake was when I tried to bring these issues to their attention, only to be met with defensiveness and a clear lack of willingness to listen to my concerns. It became apparent that they're more interested in collecting their management fees than in actually providing good service to their clients. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Property Resources Group to my worst enemy. The whole experience felt like a bad episode of 'The Twilight Zone', and I'm still trying to process how a company that claims to be so focused on customer satisfaction could drop the ball so spectacularly.
