I attended the Project Management Academy's PMP certification course, expecting a high-quality education experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The instructor, while knowledgeable, seemed to be reading from a script, lacking the passion and engagement I've come to expect from professional training. The course materials, including the PMP Exam Prep Strategy Guide and Quick Study Guides, were helpful, but not particularly comprehensive or innovative. What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of personalized attention and support. With a class size of over 20 students, it was difficult to get my questions answered, and the instructor seemed overwhelmed.
