I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at Prime Postal Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As someone who values convenience and reliability, I was expecting a seamless shipping experience, especially given their boasts about being an authorized shipping center for major carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a seemingly disorganized staff who appeared overwhelmed by the sheer volume of customers. The professional packing services they touted? More like haphazard throwing of items into boxes. I specifically requested extra care for my fragile items, but it seemed like an afterthought to the staff. The supplies they used looked subpar, and I was not confident that my packages would arrive intact. When I inquired about the tracking and insurance options, I was met with a mix of confusion and indifference. It took an eternity to get my packages shipped, and even then, I was left with more questions than answers about their whereabouts. To add insult to injury, the operating hours of 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, which I thought would provide a convenient and reliable service, ended up being a constraint. They were clearly not equipped to handle the volume of customers during these hours, leading to long wait times and frustration. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction, as they claim, was nowhere to be seen. Instead, I felt like just another number in their chaotic system. Needless to say, I will never be setting foot in Prime Postal Center again and would advise others to steer clear of this inefficient and unprofessional establishment. With so many other shipping solutions available, why settle for subpar service? Prime Postal Center, you've lost a customer and gained a cautionary review.
