I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from PMI Clark County. As a property owner, I expected a professional and worry-free experience, but what I got was a series of unfulfilled promises and lackluster communication. The marketing of my property was subpar, with poorly taken photos and a lack of online presence. The tenant screening process seemed rushed, and I was not impressed with the quality of applicants they presented. Rent collections were often delayed, and the financial reporting was unclear and inconsistent. But what really took the cake was the complete disregard for my concerns and questions. Emails and phone calls would go unreturned for days, and when I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and unhelpful. I've had to deal with multiple issues with the property, from maintenance requests being ignored to lease violations being unaddressed. It's clear that PMI Clark County is more interested in collecting their management fees than actually providing quality service to their clients.
