I'm still trying to process the series of unfortunate events that transpired when I hired Plumb Tite Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drains to fix a seemingly simple leaky faucet. As someone who overanalyzes every interaction, I was expecting a seamless experience from a company with over 20 years of experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered like the pipe that burst under their care. The initial consultation with Darren T seemed promising - he was polite, knowledgeable, and efficiently assessed the issue. However, the subsequent visits were a masterclass in Murphy's Law. The replacement parts they ordered were incorrect, not once, not twice, but thrice. Each mistake added to the overall cost and prolonged the repair time, leaving me without a functioning faucet for an unacceptable amount of time. What's more baffling is how a company that prides itself on being the #1 installer of tankless water heaters in Cincinnati could botch a straightforward faucet repair. The communication was also subpar; I had to initiate most of the follow-ups to get updates on the status of my repair. The final bill was a harsh reminder that sometimes, experience doesn't always translate to excellence. While Plumb Tite's commitment to customer-centric service is admirable, my personal experience fell woefully short of their promised standards. Perhaps it was an off day, or maybe I just got lost in the shuffle of their numerous clients. Whatever the reason, I'm left feeling like I've been through a wringer, and my trust in their services has been severely eroded. For now, I'll be taking my plumbing needs (and my overthinking mind) elsewhere.
